Spartanburg is a wonderful, small, Southern city. It is pretty culturally diverse. People from about 70 different countries reside, in our county. We have low-crime rates. The west side of town is my personal favorite, for a variety of reasons. District 6 is, without a doubt, the best school district in Spartanburg. If you have a career background in manufacturing, the area has plenty of manufacturing jobs. The people are very warm and friendly. My family relocated here, in 2011, when my husband was transferred from another state. I was a little apprehensive about moving anywhere, at first. We were told that it would be either SC, GA, or MO. But I have to admit, I love SC! A couple of hours drive-time, to the east, the beach is waiting. If you like the mountains, that's about 90 minutes NW in NC. Actually, you can see the Blue Ridge mountains (in the distance) from many locations in Spartanburg county. The cost of living is so economical, too. Come on down!... more

Dennis, there are currently six homes on the market in the Belmont Neighborhood. I did not find a Belton neighborhood, so I am going with Belmont. The main road is Secretariat, and 635, 655, 712, 650 and 624 are all on the market as is 410 Rising Star.
