How can RE agent or broker have 30-50 recommendations and 0 homes sold?
The sold homes on Trulia don't automatically populate. Agents have to enter them in manually so maybe this person didn't enter in their sales.

In Scottsdale short sale 10% off list price offer. Thoughts? Place has been on MLS 70 days, 1 price reduction 2 months ago
You should have a cost market analysis prepared on the home by your agent. Have you discussed this with your Realtor?

We're considering a home in North Scottsdale for the winter months. We don't want a swimming pool. Do pools increase or decrease property?
Most chances are that pools does increases the rate of property by max to max 5-8%, but that shouldn't be worrying since you can always avail housing loan with a low rate of interest.

You bring up some good points. More homeowner's should be aware of what is going on in their community and how to resolve issues.
