Hi! Carol at Trulia here. I'm glad you aren't doing that. Rental scammers typically copy legitimate For Sale or For Rent listings and post fraudulent rental listings with prices that are low for the area. They claim they are out of the state or out of the country and usually don't include a phone number. Never wire money and be aware that anyone who isn't able to show you the interior of the property is not legitimate. You can also Google the address to see if the listing is posted for sale or rent on another site at a higher price and with an agent who displays a phone number.
Please read "Beware of rental scams!" which is posted under the Contact Property button on each rental listing in Trulia.

Please see the link below. It looks like the address is showing as 441 S Hamilton Ave. is this correct? If not, you can report the error from the property details page by clicking on the small flag icon on the right-hand side of the row underneath the photos. This will allow you to add notes and sends all the relevant information directly to customer support.
Additionally, this listing was branded by another agent, and the description has been edited to reflect his contact information. If this is incorrect, again, please report this from the property details page, so it can be addressed by customer support.
