Hello Dawn. I service the St. Albans area in Queens as well as others. If you are looking to commute to Manhattan for work you have a couple of different options. You can choose to take the LIRR directly to Penn Station. There are a couple of Express Bus options (like the X64) which go directly to Midtown Manhattan. Lastly, you can take the local buses to the E, J, or F trains. I hope this information is helpful.
Good evening my friend. I agree 100% with Jolie. First things first, try to find an agent that suits you. Interview a few, and you will find the right one. Which one listens the most? Which agent is truly concerned about your needs? Making a move, in and of itself is stressful and time consuming. Having the right team behind you will help alleviate a lot of potential headaches. From here, you will discuss pre-approval, your needs, etc. Then the agent should begin showing you homes that conform to your needs, and likes.
I hope this answered your question! If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact me by the ways below.
Wishing you all the best,
