To be accurate your primary marketing should be as a duplex w/2 bdrms 1 bath on both sides.
If you call it a 4 bdrm 2 bath home you will be marketing to the wrong group and will get a lot
of people irate because of inaccurate marketing that wastes their time. The vast majority
of buyers looking for a 4 bdrm home are not interested in something where the bedrooms are
scattered in several units. If somebody were looking for a 4 bedroom for a multi-family or multi-generation living group they may be looking in single family and multi-family properties, but
a duplex would not work for those looking for traditional 4 bedroom living arrangement.... more
Put a "NOT FOR RENT" sign in the yard, as a sign post rider, and in the window facing the street. You can't really stop evil so rain on their parade. Further than that, report them to the local DA. Send all proof.... more
I would call Trulia administration but in most cases, the agent is the initiating party on a listing. if there is a listing that someone else put on? Then you can get that corrected.
By having your own agent profile you have the ability to list your properties, and keep them updated.

I don't understand your question. They are no longer live where? If this is a Trulia question, it's a manual process to keep your listings active. They don't have an IDEX feed, as far as I understand.

The homes listed via Trulia that are from Realty-Trac are "pre-foreclosures" where a notice of default has been filed. These homes are not for sale (although certain ones may be if they are listed with an agent that participates with Trulia, but those will appear separately with complete address info). I agree with you - it is a bit confusing. Trulia does display most listings in MLS, however the listing broker has to be a participating broker, or Trulia must pull the information from another 3rd party participant, like postlets. Hello this home expired on 9-6-2007 after 182 days on the market. It was listed at 236,000 then reduced over time to 219,000. It was also listed prior to this and expired after 99 days on the market. I have my opinions on what hurt this listing in regards to marketing.
