You raise a valid concern. Maintaining online photos of a home that is no longer for sale certainly does involve an invasion of privacy.
BTW, I have a similar concern. A real estate agent who was selling a house next door to me for her friend actually took photos from her "for sale home" into my backyard and of MY house and posted them as part of her home's "view". Those photos were posted online and now pose a security threat for me.... more
Your best bet is to contact a local real estate agent who can supply you with accurate comps from the MLS of sales in that area. It will save you a lot of time in the long run by avoiding searching online yourself. Good Luck!... more

Bottom line, these are investment properties,in that if you can afford to buy it you make too much to live there! Prospective tenants need to be pre-qualified by the housing authority but you as the landlord can interview and chose from the pre-approved tenants. Please feel free to call me as we are representing these properties and have more extensive information available to prospective buyers!

I just noticed this thread and although it is a bit aged, I thought I would let you know I am the architect who designed the home. Thank you for the compliment. I am very proud of the work there. If you are still in search of a home and need some architectural advice or service, please feel free to call me. I don't charge any fees to review and visit properties that you may be condidering for renovation, addition, or new construction.

You certainly can't go wrong with either town! It all depends on what you are looking for and personal preference. Both have excellent primary schools and share the Rumson Fair Haven High School. I happen to live in Rumson and love it, and I have friends who live in Fair Haven and love living there as well. Probably a good idea to get acquainted with both towns and see which one suits your personal lifestyle.... more
