You certainly may be able to qualify for a new home loan through the builders you mentioned. Each individual case is different so you really need to reach out to the builder directly. The Ocoee/Apopka area should also have sections that qualify for USDA zero down financing. Some builders will also pay for your closing costs so, if you qualify, you shouldn’t have to bring any money to the closing table. Hi it depends on the type of loan you had before and are applying for now. The FHA allows buyers to re-enter the market quicker then Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac do. Speak to a loan officer to see what you will qualify for.
