Sounds like you have a lot of suggestions! However here are mine. If you have kiddos the Oregon Coast is a must. The beach at Cannon Beach is really kid friendly with the Dee River running right into the ocean it allows kids to play in the water without actually getting to far out in the ocean. Also a short walk down the beach to Haystack rock for the tide pools.
Next a trip up to Mt Hood. Their is an adventure park at Ski Bowl during the summer which has about 20 or so different activities including slides. Their are several places to hike around Mt Hood also!
Lastly, head towards Newberg and Dundee. Their are SO many wineries. That is always a great day trip!
I hope that helps! Have fun exploring this beautiful state!
