I am going to jump in here and answer based on the fact that this is NOT your home. Properties are taken out of the Active category when they go under contract. If the contract has contingencies such as the buyer has a home to sell, etc, the listing will be marked "Active with Contract" (a category few buyers every look at unfortunately).
