Submitting a listing to Trulia's search engine is completely free, however it has to be done by an agent or broker. As Dan suggested, you can use a flat fee company to get your listing posted on the MLS and on Trulia. If you do that, please direct your listing agent or broker to the link below to submit your listing to us.
Thank you for reaching out to us about this. I'm sorry that we weren't able to answer your question much sooner.
Though you have submitted listing information to us manually, I'm afraid that we aren't using that information as the basis for our listing display. When we receive listing information from multiple sources, information submitted by the broker is given priority over information submitted by the agent. In this case Prudential is submitting your listing information to us as well and because of this priority, their information is being used as our listing source. As such, you'll want to contact Prudential to make any necessary updates to your listings. Once they update your listing information on their site and in the data feed they send to us, our display will update automatically thereafter to show the new information.
I'm sorry for the confusion surrounding this and I hope that you find this answer helpful. If you need further assistance, or if you have other questions or feedback to share with us, please let us know.
