I'm not sure that your question would elicit the response you require. First, you may want to check with your county office but Section 8 vouchers are issued by the Federal government and provided by each county/state. You may have to qualify for the new county/state that you are moving to. I don't believe it's transferable.
I would suggest, if you're looking for a rental, that you search the rental section and find a home that looks interesting. I would then contact the property management company to complete the application. That would give you the best insight into what rental homes would be available, and affordable, for you. Consider that most likely you qualify for a rental payment of no more than 30% of your gross income (of the people that will be in the household). If you have a car payment, or other debt that calculation may be adjusted a little. They will want to know you can afford the rent payment.
