If you are looking for a website that offers up to date foreclosure listings, I would like to recommend http://www.bankforeclosuressale.com. It is a leading website database that contains over two million foreclosure homes, including bank foreclosures, government foreclosures like VA homes and HUD homes, distressed properties and commercial properties that are for sale all across the nation. All of the listings have had any outstanding liens eliminated and the title is free and clear. We also update our extensive collection of listings every day.... more
I would advise checking with the building department first, to be sure there are no restrictions against doing so. Secondly, I'm not sure what the expense of the mobile homes would be, as I don't know the specifics of your potential purchase plans (used/new? size? mode?). Is there power and water available on your lot? Does your lot have a prepared area to put a MH? Is there a culvert? Can one easily access the property?... These are some of the expenses you may encounter which could heavily weight this decision.
A 2003 DWMH, 3 Bed/2 Bath, 1,300SF under air with 3 acres fully fenced, 12x24 shed plus tack room & screened porch leased for $800 and was listed on the MLS for 13 days. I prefer not to consider comps this far back, but it was the only property leased in the Viking through our MLS.
Depending upon the condition of the mobile homes and the property on which they are located (yours looks like a nice corner lot, 2.5 acres with mature trees) a fair rental asking price would greatly depend on the utilities/ amenities you would be willing to provide for your tenant. Unfortunately, there are too many missing details from your question at this time to quote a fair rental value.
I have other comps in the NW section that I would be happy to share with you if you'd like to meet with me to further discuss your plans. Please contact me directly for further assistance with this inquiry.... more

We have a sports complex that is located between Yearling Middle School and North Elementary School that includes a community pool, tennis courts, baseball diamonds, football field, basketball courts, racketball courts and a large wooden jungle play gym. There are also soccer fields nearby. There is a skate park as well in the city limits. Several walking trails near the lake and waterways. Hope that helps.... more

Your best option will be contacting a title company and ask them for an estimate of closing cost on the property that you are planning to buy. They need to included Title search, title insurance and recording fees. You will find out that every title company have different prices.
