I'm sorry usually try to be helpful...but are you really asking us to do math for you? This is between you and your broker. You should use your own calculator to do the calculations.

If the listing was sold via MLS, any Realtor can pull up that data for you. If not in MLS, you will have to ask the Realtor to go research tax records.
