There are great boutiques, restaurants, and activities for the whole family. Talon and Raptor Golf Club each have 18 holes and are perfect for a beginner golfer (like myself) or an experienced pro. I love to golf there and although I am terrible at the sport, I have never felt uncomfortable or intimidated.
Most of the patio homes include yard maintenance and back yards are small and easy to manage. You can even bike and/or walk to the shopping centers and schools.... more
A property with water rights will sell at a higher price than hauled water because hauled water is an inconvenience. Its like buying a car without an engine. To use the car you have to put an engine in the car. I would not recommend buying land without water rights.

Greetings Donald - You would truly serve youself by hiring a REALTOR(R) that is experienced and skilled at working with Buyers. Sites like Trulia and Zillow usually only update once a day and I found that some listings showed active long after the transaction closed. Remember that your REALTOR(R) that work with buyers are usually at no cost to the buyer as typically the seller pays their fee.
Laura Meyers offered her home search system for you to use. She works in the realm of excellence and has some good resources so you may want to take her up on the offer. She could be very beneficial to your home transaction. We listed a home in this price range a couple of weeks ago and had over 10 offer in hand in the first 24 hours. Yes, it was a good buy, a bank owned property, in the right location, with the right amnenities. The same house that everyone is looking for today. Do yourself a favor and call Laura.
