Great question, Alexis.
The dead body has nothing to do with the house itself and a new owner may not have emotions to the issues that occurred.
AS with any home, it is all about supply and demand. If the demand is there, even though there was a dead body, the price may go higher!

Good morning Ivy;
This home is convienient to Drexel& U of P but not Temple, unless you have a car.
The price each student would pay would be the total stated monthly rent divided by 3.
I hope this is helpful for you.

This home’s listing agent can tell you more about this place than I can (and probably will know a lot about similar properties in the area). You can email the agent from listing page using the orange “Contact Agent” button to the right of the home photos.
Or, you can look for other local agents on Trulia here: http://www.trulia.com/voices/directory/
Please let me know if you have any questions or if I can help with anything else. I am happy to be a resource for you.
Good luck with your search!
Where in New York City are you coming from? It usually takes around two to two and a half hours depending on where you are coming from. Are you interested in setting up an appointment to see the house?
It's neither for rent nor for sale. Ownership of this property was last transferred back in 2005.
If you are looking for properties in the area, I would be happy to discuss your needs with you.

If you are going to charge him rent, I would. It's just a formality. I believe it's as simple as completing a form online and paying a small fee. Your Realtor may even be willing to help you.
Hope this helps!

You are looking at the property information that was added before the property was sold. Trulia picks up information that is posted by other sources. If you aren't trying to sell your property, don't worry about it. If you are selling, your agent will take new photos, or use yours, and put in your selling price and a property description in the local MLS. By sure to select an agent with an internet strategy that includes the internet presence that you want. In that case the newer information will appear on Trulia.... more
Yes, it is, Jojo.
You would need a construction loan in order to build something new on top of your existing land. A CL would be a loan placed as a lien against your property until paid off in full. This might require you to have plans/specs and a detailed plan in place first.
Please let me know if you need to speak to any lenders. I have over 7 years experience in the mortgage industry and am now pursuing a career in real estate. Let me know if there's anything else I can do to help.
I wish you lots of luck.
