personal Realtor to assist you and guide you through the entire process, including assisting for
lending, finding the right properties, showing them etc. Such an advantage to a buyer, and if the
properties are listed with a brokerage and are on the multiple listing service no cost to the buyer they will get paid at the closing table out of the proceeds of the seller....
