Why did Trulia's estimate suddenly go down by about 250-300K? This place was up in the low- to mid-600's a short time ago... There isn't a single family home to be found in Newton for under $500K, and this a 3-BR, 2 BA on an almost 9,000 sq ft lot for $350K? What gives? Zillow has it at around $640K...
