Has anyone ever worked with Residential Title Services ? Are they pretty reputable or do you suggest I have my own attorney present at closing?
We recently worked with them. My buyers chose them as the bank owned home they purchased recommended them and agreed to cover specific costs if we used them.

i'm interested in the fact that ryan/NVR charges their poriion of closing costs to the buyer ie transfer tax, title ins adding another $11,000
This item is negotiable per the standard MD contract but it is common practice for all local builders to charge everything to the buyer. They will often give you closing credit to off- ... more
