You can absolutely sell FSBO, but you should disclose your status.

How many questions do you have to ask before you can list?
You can only list on an MLS-based database (such as those Trulia utilizes!) by getting your property listed through a licensed real estate agent!

I am working a short sale deal where the bank has approved the short sale, but the PMI has not. Is there anyone out there that has come across this?
Despite their name, as many other posters have indicated, a short sale is typically anything but!

The bank is likely to help you when negotiating with the PMI.
