Please stop giving value based on zip codes. Determine value by the comps on street or nbrhoods since it would be more accurate in napa county.

I second Charlie. You can do it with postlets.com. However, ask your realtor to do it. It doesn't take too much time.

Curtis, this is done by the feed from your listings.
Check with your company on when and how long does it take to update your listings on Trulia.
I have notice around a 7 days delay.

You should disclose what the issue was and how the neighbors and HOA responded. You don't have to say that you considered litigation as a remedy.
