My wife and i were pre-approved for a loan but in the underwriting process we were denied as my wife just makes royalties and we only have one tax year of proof. Everything else is good credit score money in the bank etc. I have been at my job for plenty of time but cannot get approved by myself as she makes the bulk of the money.…
