As with most town and cities you can check the tax car, check and see if the town/city has them listed online by searching their website and go under assessor. If it is not online you may have to go to city hall and ask them to see the tax card, simply give tehm teh address and it will tell you who owns the proprty.

I don't know if someone was trying to break into this house. But you said they were caught so that is good.
It looks as if this is sold so are you a neighbor, buyer, seller or otherwise?

As realtors we are not allowed to say whether an area is safe or not. I suggest that you contact the morgan hill police dept. or the Sheriffs dept. go to there web page and they will give you the crime stats. for that area. Also you can google for web pages that cover crime in Morgan Hill.

I have looked through all the past listings for the address you provide and not one of them gives the HOA information! They are supposed to list the dues and the contact info on the listings - but not everyone does what they are supposed to do!
My suggestion would be to call a local title company. Let me suggest:

The development is called "Rose Haven".
I'm not sure which neighborhood on or near Spring Avenue in Morgan Hill you are interested in, but you may be referring to Spring Hill Estates which has approximately 30-year old homes. There is also Chargin Heights off of Spring Hill Drive which has homes about 18 years old and Spring Manor which has larger, 5 to 6 year-old homes. If you can give me more information about the homes you are interested in, I can pinpoint which neighborhood you are referring to.... more
