Shocking? No. Disappointing? Yes.

You should be able to flag it to get it removed. I frequently flag listings that are already sold but still show active on Trulia (or Z)

This is definitely an agent I would never send another referral to going forward. And, no I have never found this to be the case with any referrals I have made or received.

The buyers may have their own needs that compel them to move quickly. In real estate sooner is usually better than later. Later may never come.
