On a different occasion, a client took me to their clubhouse for lunch, and the food and service were good. I will say Meadows and Lake of the Woods are fun as well. We are fortunate to have ample choices for golfing around here!... more
That's a great start! Now, you must make certain your house is the best in show, and best in value in its category of homes. The Spring market is blowing in the wind, and I have been showing and selling homes from Arlington to Locust Grove throughout this winter's mix of surprises. This tells me that chances are, this will be a very active Spring. Get as much done at a reasonable pace, and within what your budget affords. If its April, your house should be on the market.

I do want to point out that not ALL houses sell slowly. Agent skill, pricing, marketing, location, home condition, etc....all go into the time it takes to get a home sold.
Interview as many agents as you can stand. One of them will stand out above the rest. Remember, buying or selling a home is a major life activity and you need the best agent the make the process smooth and profitable for you.
