Livonia is not in my opinion becoming less appealing. It has always been a strong market with good schools. Livonia has a unique make up as it appeals to many different buyers. There is a wide variety of price points to choose from, so there is a home to fit any budget.
Our company has not found Livonia to be less desireable, on the contrary, many of our clients are requesting Livonia/Livonia schools as much today as 5 years ago.
