Until both the Buyer and Seller sign the Sales agreement, it's not a contract. I would question whether the terms of the contract were agreeable to all parties if you are considering showing it after an offer has been accepted. Good luck!... more
As stated below it is against anti trust laws to discuss in an open forum commissions. If you are moving here from California I would suggest going through a trusted Realtor in your area for a good referral to an agent that can help you in Rhode Island to discuss further. If you are buying there is no fee, it is a transactional cost for the seller. Hope this helps
I would agree with them as well and paint the walls a neutral color (not white) versus leaving primer, but am wondering by your question if you were thinking to sell the home, leaving the walls primed, and asking the buyers - what colors would you like and I will paint them for you before closing...
