What is the advantage of having an auto send of listings if I can search the internet?
I find it best to set up my buyers to receive new listings directly from the MLS so that they can get a jump on the perfect home for them when it first comes on the market.

Which schools in Lancaster have happy teachers with high standards, culturally diverse, smart students, and involved parents?
Lancaster Mennonite School is a private school in Lancaster but I think fits what you are looking for. As far as public schools, probably Lampeter Strasburg or Manheim Township
