Is this church going to be your home or operated as a church?
If it is going to be a home, you will likely want to talk to one of the local banks.
Depending on the price you might be able to get FHA 203k financing.
If it is going to be an operating church I would go to the leadership of the church's organization for advice.
They should have experience in financing churches. If it is an independent church with no national or regional affiliation there are church financing organizations around, just do a google search. If the church has an operating history and bank accounts again you might approach a local bank that can verify the history and income.

Hi Dean, not an expert at this type of scenario, but I would be surprised if many agents have seen it specifically. I suspect that breaking it up into individual sales will do two things - bring you more buyers and allow you to raise the price overall. I can tell you also that in my MLS systems in the Northeast I have seen agents list a multiple unit property like this both ways - including the relevant MLS numbers as a reference. - there by doubling the potential exposure by having the property at multiple price points.
