I love Isleton! And it's so small, I'm not sure how you delineate parts of town, but unfortunately it is also against the law for anyone to evaulate a location as to good or bad, high crime/low crime etc. it's called steering.
Rather, there are internet sites that might help you determine what you're looking for. Crimemapper is one topic you can check as well as some of the news websites. There is no area that is free of crime, its really dependent of what type of crime you're worried about.
I would also recommend you visit the area that your considering at different times of the day and night, and also days of the week. That will give you a good feel of the 'personality' of an area.
Good luck!... more
When it comes to any safety/crime related issues, it's always best to contact the local police department with all your questions, hear all there is to hear firsthand. If unfamiliar with the area(s) do revisit more than once and at different times of day, possibly chat with locals/neighbors. Real estate professionals are prohibited from steering, enticing a buyer to purchase/rent, or not, in specific neighborhoods.
