The Inner Richmond is a popular area with Geary Ave. and Clement St. as well as the Presidio Park as a back yard. Location-wise it is very connected to the rest of San Francisco and practically geographically in the center of the city. With low rates demand is higher than supply and the entire city's real estate market is being lifted.
If you are looking for an agent to help you buy or sell a home in the Inner Richmond please call me anytime. Thank you.

The parking in the Inner Richmond is relatively easy compared to other parts of the city, with Russian Hill, Pacific Heights, Nob Hill and the Marina being the most difficult.
For residents of inner richmond, the street parking is first come, first serve. However, the downside is that there is street cleaning where you have to move your car during those times.
From the sfmta website: In general, business streets are swept four times per week (Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays) on one side of the street and three times per week on the other side (Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays). They are swept between 6am and 8am. Additionally, sections of some business streets are swept seven days per week on both sides of the street between midnight and 6am. They include: (1) Embarcadero; (2) Mission Street; (3) Market Street; (4) North of Market; (5) Third Street; (6) Chinatown/North Beach; (7) Sixth Street; and (8) Van Ness/South Van Ness.

There is permit street parking available near inner richmond for residents, which would fall under the N permit, which will cost you $100 a month.
