Can anyone refer a mobile home loan officer. Preferably someone in Orange County, CA. The closer to Huntington Beach the better.
Don't know the loan officers personally but for mobile financing try Santiago Financial or Murphy Bank. You can search them on the internet, Santiago does have an office in Tustin.

Seller side is much easier market the property build relationship with buyers agent VS. buyers invest 40 to 100 hours then may not even purchase a home.
