I had several lenders pull my credit when I started the home purchasing process approx 2months ago. Would it affect it if I have another pull it now?
Make sure the builder's lender matches the best deal you can find in the market.
Stipulate that if they cannot, you get to use your own lender and keep the freebies.

Is there any resolution to these aweful mortgages that keep going up and they will not refinance your loan and you've invested so much money.?
The resolution is to have a stable job with a good credit profile.
Then you can get refinanced.

If you are upside down there is the HARP loans.
