Tax rolls may show the mailing address for tax payment purposes. Send a letter (will obviously take a while) or better yet, start searching online for the party in that location. You will end up with many similar names no doubt, but you may hit pay dirt too.... more
I will certanly find out. I worked with National Homes, in the late 70's we did all the marketing out of Houston for Horsshoe Bay, (CocaCola, family) on Lake LBJ and Lago Vista on Lake Travis. I know Realtors that are still in the area and one that was Marketing Horseshoe Bay until recently.

Each Condo/Townhomes have it's own HomeOwnersAssociation fee. Ours is $200 a mo, which pays for our yard maintenance/sprinkler system, & property insurance. Most are higher than ours. Then you also have a HSB Homeowners Property HOA which runs around $200 annually.... more
Great questions. There is a huge difference between Horseshoe Bay and the lake travis/lakeway area. The biggest difference is that the lake in Horseshoe Bay is constant level. This makes a huge difference in maintaining your property value, not to mention the views of a half-full lake don't compare to beautiful Lake LBJ. There are also other small lakefront communities on this constant level lake such as Granite Shoals, Wilderness Cove and Kingsland. All have unique characteristics that will appeal to different types of buyers. If you buy in Horseshoe Bay and you want to play golf, you must join the resort, as it is "members only". The resort has three top tier courses, three swimming pools, several restaurants, multiple tennis courts (even a kids court), a putt putt course and beautiful landscaping.
There are several restaurants in Horseshoe Bay that are not inside the resort. You can also go into Marble Falls- just ten minutes away, and enjoy dining and shopping there. Marble Falls has an emergency clinic and there are full staff hospitals in both Burnet and Llano (nearby communities). Scott and White has purchased property just outside Horseshoe Bay and is in the process of building a major hospital but it will be a few years before it is fully functional. Dissassociate the location from the source doing the marketing. Find a local agent near the location to help you purchase something in Horseshoe Bay. No reason to use a national marketing organization to do what a local agent can do much better.
