Pick up the community paper (that FREE one) that dropped on your lawn every week and take note regarding what you will read, what you notice, what you see. Go and do likewise.
There are a gazillion ways to generate leads. They all work when done properly. The one that is right for you is the one you figure out works for YOUR AUDIENCE. And, in your question, that is what is missing....who is the audience as defined by any marketing organization? You are a marketing organization.
