We have 10.2% unemployment, added another 1/2 million more today. It is not getting better.
We have 2.7 million foreclosures in the pipeline now. 7 million to come by 2013.
Lending standards are improving, so loans are harder to get. FHA is having serious financial problems.
House prices are still out of whack with historic norms. The $8k buyer bribe will die. When it does houses will drop by that or more.
Buying now is like buying last year. We had a 19% drop last year. Why would it not be that much or more this coming year?
