Most lenders will require a 640 middle score but I have lenders that will do 620 middle score for first time homeowners and 600 score with a few acceptions, ie no collections within the last year, no bankruptcies, etc...

We have a new hospital, new college, new community center complete with an olympic size indoor pool, indoor walking track, weight room, etc. We also have the beautiful Greers Ferry Lake and the Little Red River where the record brown trout was caught! If this house would be your primary residence, you would also qualify for a $350 homestead tax credit towards your real estate taxes. We have a Walmart, Sears, Dollar Store, Freds, etc. for in town shopping. We are about 30 minutes from Searcy and about 40 minutes from Conway or about an hour from Little Rock.
