Hello Ms Jensen,
Welcome back home. At the moment I have no vacancies. In the future if you're looking for a single family home to rent, check our website www.PremierHomeRentals.net. Each listing states when the current lease on each property is up for renewal.
Good luck with your search.

First of all, please review your land contract to see if you are able to rent the house. You may want to consult a lawyer for this aspect. Your land contract may have a non-rental provision which would prevent renting from being an option. Secondly, contact an experienced real estate professional to tour your home and give you a market analysis.
It is important that you find an experienced agent that you like and trust. Ask for recommendations from friends, family and co-workers. The agent you choose should be able to give you the direction you need.
Good luck. Take care.

At this time there doesn't appear to be any rent to own homes in the Pulaski area. I suggest using the newspaper or online rental listings to assist you in your search. This would be a good question for a local Realtor. The contract should allow for an inspection period. A good "buyer's agent" should be able to add a contingency to the contract that would protect you and let you retain your earnest money deposit if the inspection results are not to your complete satisfaction. The only out of pocket expense you would incur would be the cost of the home inspection.... more

Gosh, she shouldn't be giving her opinion, particularly when it is pointing out things that are wrong with the place.
If she can't concentrate on the positive, she should not say anything.

The drawback I can see from waiting is losing out on the historical low interest rate. Who knows what the interest rate would be next year. Right now it is below 4 percent- usually for creditworthy mortgage applicants.
Will it be the same next year? Who knows? The next favorable condition is that the prices of the houses have not spiked yet. Will it be higher next year? Maybe, as we are seeing inventories getting low.
Best of Luck.... more
