Dawn is correct. Subdivision close to each other may have very different home prices. Good luck on your home search.

My house sold-not closed.The buyers realtor came in the house with the buyers while she knew I was gone. Do I speak to her broker or who? Unethical.
If the home is shown as Pending and not UCB, the agent should not have shown your house. Report to the real estate board of the agent.

Most new home developments in Gold Canyon have an HOA. Can set up search that excludes homes in Gold Canyon that have HOA. Just give us a call.
