The best thing to do is to find a Realtor that can help you along the way. Read my blog about first time home buyers. Then give me a call! 716-912-2915
You may only own one FHA mortgage at a time. You would have to sell first, or more likely at least close on your first home ( sale) before closing on the second ( as a buyer ).
The area 14222 is a relatively popular right now. It should it be too hard to sell. What will be difficult is the one bedroom part. Most people want at least two. I would be happy to do a market analysis for you - please call me.

Sit back and relax. You will need to map out a road to home ownership. I would start with a Mortgage Broker and find if there are any programs that you could fit into. If not then ask the Broker for direction to a repair credit company. I would lay out the steps to rehabilitate your credit and get to a place where you could buy a home. With perseverance you will come out on top!

Absolutely! As long as you have adequate financing/cash, you CAN buy, though there are a few extra steps concerned with the legalities of foreign ownership.
If you would like some information on the common steps and procedures, please feel free to shoot me an email at: firstname.lastname@example.org... more
ABSOLUTELY!!! We love our Canadian buyers. Because you have credit scores, you can even buy with a mortgage. Of course cash is always welcome too. If SW Florida interests you, I would love to help you find a place in sunny Florida.

You can ask, but the seller is not obligated. Depending what type of financing you are going for, the lender or the underwriter may make removal a condition in the loan. Then, who will pay for it will have to be worked out. You may want to call the County Health department or the EPA but the last time I had questions, I was referred to the US Department of Labor. You may also want to go to the HUD site: www.hud.gov.
Everyone is going to have an opinion on it but ultimately, it will be your decision if you can live with it or not. From my understanding, asbestos becomes a problem when it is airborne. There are methods to "encapsulate" it that are effective as long as you do not touch it or move it around.... more

Realtors have to go through many hours of training and examinations just to learn the law. They then have to learn the ins and outs of practical knowledge, such as the questions you are asking.
One cannot learn to sell real estate in a Trulia Posting.
Do yourself a huge favor, hire a Realtor to represent your interests.
We would be happy to refer you to someone in your area if you so desire.
