Have you tried contacting the listing agent and/or landlord who's contact info is on the listing? Since you mention is listed both for sale and for rent...I'm guessing it's a scam. Many scammers just take photos from for sale listings, create their own fake rental listing, then ask you to wire them $$ and the promise to send you keys.
Try contacting who ever is listed at the bottom of the listing -- either an agent, property manager or landlord. If you get a weird email back asking you to send $$...then it's a scam.
Best resource is going to be contacting a local Realtor who handles rentals, or a property management company. Good luck to you.... more
