Hello Cesar. In order for you to get the best loan program and rate, banks require a minimum of two years after the date of discharge. You can obtain a hard money loan which I personally don't recommend because the rates are high but it just depends how soon you want to purchase a home. It appears that this property would require a space rent... in order to know what that might be, it is my recommendation that you actually go out to the park and speak with the park manager. Usually it has been my understanding that you would need to be approved by the park in order to be a tenant within their park with regards to the space where the mbile home is located.

There are many other factors. You need to speak with the lender since each lender has different criteria. If you shop for lenders, you will find that some lenders will loan you slightly more than another or give you better terms, such as lower interest.
Best to call that lender instead of trying to second guess the reason for the loan amount.
