Everyone is going to have a different view on whether Trulia works for them or not. I buy only a small percentage of a zip code for mobile. The reason that I do that is because it allows me to add up to 20 service areas. I don't do it for the mobile buyer leads from the 5%. Anyways, in doing it this way I made my profile look better than other agents. So I am counting on the consumer logging on to Trulia to search for agents or Brokers in their area. When they see my profile and all of my letters of recommendations they call me first. Trulia this year has helped me to earn ten of thousands of dollars. It has paid for itself for ten years and I'll probably never turn it off.
If you really want to ask me in more detail. Fell free to call and I'll spend a few minutes with you to help you understand.
All the best,

Just go to their app or website and look at it from the client's perspective. 99% of what you will get is people clicking an ad wanting more information than the ad lists and that is all, most of them are no where near ready to buy and the ones who are are usually not able or willing to and they want you to work for them for free. I had one trying to get a free cma so they could list their property FSBO, they did not want to pay a real estate agent at all.... more
