Never pay above Eappraisal / Zestimates?
Hi Jrgolfert
I would NEVER EVER go by a zestimate or eappraisal. Zestimates are known to be wrong--
Just pay for a fee appraiser when you go into contract and make it a contingency.

can you rent out a home with a short sale aproval however the house is still under pendig status?
sounds very iffy to me...during escrow...the buyer will need to get into the place...trying to squeeze a few bucks out of a rental doesn't sound smart.
