Don't buy a rent to own and possibly lose the house to fraud from the seller. Pay your bills on time, save your money and in a year you can qualify for a FHA loan. Talk with any lender for the real facts, but it isn't that hard unless you don't have provable income, but then you won't be able to get owner financing if you can find it either without proving income. The housing market is so HOT right now, Sellers don't have to sell Owner Fiance. Do the right thing....WAIT.
There very hard and very time consuming. Don't expect to get one for anything less then asking price either. Those days are gone. Just pic any 1 Realtor and work with them only and get all the information you need from them.
Probably, but without knowing your debt ratio, I do not know for sure. You need to contact any lender of your choice and get real, hard answers. Then pick any 1 Realtor to work with.
Don't expect any kind of discount in the areas you just listed on land. Texas is hot hot hot. You need to be realistic on paying full price for the lot. You might get a small concession if you buy from the land from the builder but not much.
Your financing options will depend on your job stability, credit score, and debt to income ratios. As long as you qualify for the loan there are still 5% loans out there. Talk with a lender directly.... more
I live in schuylkill county pa , there is a foreclosed property I am interested in but I cannot find out who the mortgage holder is . Does anyone know of a site that I can look on without having to enter my credit card number ? I just wanna know what bank owns the property.... more
We may be able to do this loan with our Non Prime Program with 25% down and a 600 fico score. The program goes down to a 500 score which would require 35% down. If interested feel free to contact me to discuss.

Good afternoon, this is my neighborhood. Are you still looking to sell because I would be happy to help you. The average listing time right now in M streets is only 20 days and the market's main focus in strictly on price per square foot. Your home will be advertised to other Realtors with at LEAST 3% commission, so expect to pay at least that much on the listing. Then the listing agent will not usually want to work for free and generally will also ask for 3%, but this is also negotiable. I would be happy to discount the commission for you if you agree to buy your next home with me. Lets talk when your ready contact me anytime!... more
