Have you started fixing your home? It's a little hard to give you advice without looking at your home. Let me know if you need help selling your home. I usually sit down and talk to my clients and see what their goal is, then walk through the home and advised my clients on what needs to be done to accomplish their goal.
Best of luck!

Have you sold this? I have someone looking in this area and we have exhausted all available inventory and just "waiting" for others to come up...
Please send me details if by some odd chance, you have not yet sold this condo! :)

YES--especially if they are cracked or fogged. After time, most windows will lose their seal but in my experience, if there is a fogged window, a new buyer is actually more concerned with the way it makes their new home "look" (they want everyone to be impressed with their new home and home-buying decision...though they likely wouldn't admit this). Of course, a few would actually still be concerned with the windows performance and whether they would still be energy-efficient.
Three main things help influence the sale of a home:
1) Price 2) Location 3) Aesthetic Quality and curb-appeal
If a home doesn't look like you don't care (not stating this to be true in your case, but just in general), a buyer gets the impression that they shouldn't either). Make your home look "loved" and those potential buyers will love it as well.
I work with a lot of investors who flip homes and have to replace windows all of the time (and have a great contractor at about half of the cost of what I've seen out there otherwise). Contact me if you'd like his information for a free estimate.

There are no sites that are going to give you the level of detail you're interested in. Realtor.com is probably the most accurate but even it requires accurate data entry on the part of the listing agent and frankly most don't do a great job of it.
The best source will be a buyer broker working in the area you're focused on. It will cost you nothing and will undoubtedly save you considerable time, energy and ultimately money.
I've attached a link below on what you should be looking for in terms of a Realtor to work with that I hope you find useful.... more
I do! It's not only on an oversized lot but has two separately-fenced areas (great for installing a pool but still needing grassy area, or to keep the dogs / kids in a separate area....the possibilities are endless). Lots of updates--granite, oversized travertine, hardwoods, stone fireplace, Island kitchen, stainless appliances, etc.
Some apartments will take you no matter what your credit and again it depends on how bad your credit is. It might not be that bad and if it is that bad, we can still find you something. You may have to pay an additional deposit, maybe not. Just pick any 1 Realtor and they will assist you.... more
It is best to come down here and look at the apartments. Dallas and New York are to different worlds and markets. If you know Dallas and have been here then you will know what areas you want to live in and NOT live in. Realtors can not give advice on what areas are safe or better then the others as it is a violation of Federal Fair Housing rules.... more
Contact any lender for these answers. They will give you the truth. There is also no such thing as a quick fix to your credit report. Don't waste your time or money. But of course if you do, you have been warned. It doesn't work. You may qualify for a FHA loan. So talk with a lender and get real, hard answers.... more
Right now the market is so hot, it is difficult for investors like yourself to get any GOOD agents because we are busy. Most investors are unrealistic in their returns they want and what they want to pay. I big time waster and I don't bother with them. But many Realtors will. You will eventually find one.... more
