There should have been a bill of sale and/or personal property listed in the purchase contract which would need to be verified at the final walkthrough before closing.

Hire a Realtor who has a keen understanding of the market and a comprehensive marketing strategy. Simply using a email blast website will not yield you top dollar for your property.
