Have you been able to have your question answered? If not, it is probably in your best interest to contact the agent listing the property directly. They will be able to help you the most. Otherwise you will have to contact a realtor to help you which is not always a great move when looking to rent a property. They just don't make much money on the deal and they are usually pretty easy to get on your own.
If you have any questions that I can answer for you regarding rentals, purchasing, etc... please give me a shout. I would love to be a resource for you if need be.
