Both The Point and Rocky Creek are nice... The Point being a little more developed but equally nice. Rocky creek has neighborhood pool. If you list your property for sale with an agent, that agent probably belongs to one or more Multiple Listing Services (MLS). Listing in the MLS is part of the listing agreement with that agent and is of no cost to you.
When choosing an agent you should ask what their marketing plan includes in addition to the MLS. You want your property to have the best visibility possible. A majority of buyers today do their home searches on line before they ever contact an agent to show them properties.

Hi Myron - Spring Branch is about a 30-40 minute drive from Wimberley. Fishing - we are about 20 minutes from Canyon Lake. Tubing - there are several drop in spots to get to the river depending on where you want to go about 15 - 30 minutes. Right in Spring Branch there is River Crossing golf club - private but open to the public. Also if you go about 15 minutes in either direction there is golfing in Stone Oak or go 15 minutes north to Blanco there is another golf course. The tax appraisal and the fair market value of a home many times are two very different numbers. Since the tax appraiser rarely goes inside a home, upgrades, remodel, etc. are not reflected in the appraisal but do affect the fair market value.... more
In order to determine a properties value, the source of where you get your information is most important. The most accurate source will be from the local/area Multiple Listing Service (MLS).
