1. Are you using a real estate broker in the transaction or are you selling it yourself without help?
2. The ethnicity of the buyer is irrelevant. Only the creditworthyness is important. Did you have a preapproval or prequal letter? Is the commitment date just a date, or do you have a true commitment letter in hand?
3. How did you negotiate and they sign if they don't read or understand English? Is there an attorney involved? A translator?
Your question has many holes that need answered. If you are unrepresented, you need an attorney to sort this through.
