Meadowbrook is a gated community with over 400 condo units. I'd say it's relatively safe because of the restricted access. That is not to say that there have been no incidents in this area, and I don't have numbers to support it either way. I'd say ask around - neighbors, especially. Drive in the area at different times of day and see how comfortable you are being there.
I hope this helps.
I continue to be absolutely perplexed by this sort of question. You get more information by calling a Realtor. It's free.
Besides, Weesh--and others who have the same question--you don't buy property that way, anyway. RealtyTrac and similar services don't sell a single home. Not a single condo. Not a single anything. All they sell is information that you can get for free.
What part of "free" do the people who willingly pay for those services not understand?
